We had about 5 submissions to this form that did not upload directly to our Dropbox file that receives the submissions. Trying to figure out what is causing this issue. This is the second time something like this has happened. Any help would be great.

Currently I could not reproduce the issue with our Dropbox integration.
I made a test using Dropbox integration and the submissions uploaded to my dropbox account.
Can you also try first refreshing your form Dropbox integration. Try removing the current integration and then re-integrate. See if this process resolve the issue.
For those submissions that did not go to your Dropbox, you can also re-submit them and they should upload to your Dropbox once working. You can re-submit the existing submissions in the View Submission panel of your forms.
