how can i create an interactive client service agreement

I have a service agreement that I would like to use interactively with my clients.  For instance, I would fill in all the necessary blanks, send the client a link for him/her to review the the agreement, and electronically sign it by placing his/her initials where specified.  Can this be done in Jotform.
