I have a service agreement that I would like to use interactively with my clients. For instance, I would fill in all the necessary blanks, send the client a link for him/her to review the the agreement, and electronically sign it by placing his/her initials where specified. Can this be done in Jotform.

Yes, this can be done on JotForm. You can create your Client Service Agreement Form. Fill up the form and send the edit submission link of the form to your client so they can review and sign the form. You can check this article to get the edit submission link of your form: How to Let Users Update Their Form Submissions at a Later Date.
For electronic signature, you can add the E-signature widget on your form. For more information, you can check this link: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/signature
