I have a form I want to upload and use but I don't see where I can do that.

Is there a way and if so can you help me please.

The form is on my computer and it is something that I have created for our company.

I'm afraid there's no option/feature to import a form created elsewhere except for these 2 platforms:

    1. FormsCentral

    Complete guide: How-to-Migrate-Form-Data-from-Adobe-FormsCentral-to-JotForm

    2. Wufoo

    App: https://apps.jotform.com/app/migrate_from_wufoo

If yours was created in a different way or a different platform, then you need to manually build the form from scratch. I'm listing a compendium of guides that may help you get started.
