When I receive forms from my home page my email program groups all of the form submissions together like all of my submissions are coming from the same person. I want every form submision from a different customer to come up as a new email. How do I set that up?

If you are using Gmail, this happens when an email has the same subject line.
You can change this by inserting a variable from the fields on the subject line on your email alert settings which can make the subject line unique to its submission
