Keeping and tracking changes to a form

    I have a turnover form that gets submitted weekly. It has long text fields where the user can enter deficiencies found for a piece of equipment, the users submit the form at the end of every week. I would like to be able to have the form populated with the items from the previous week when it is opened by a user, but allow the user to edit the previous weeks submissions, and/or add new findings of their own. I have a total of four users for this particular form. Is it possible to do this? It would be opened from different computers each time, but it is possible to set it up where each user uses the same computer.

    You can achieve this using the Edit Link in the email of the form.

    Check this user guide: How-to-Let-Users-Update-Their-Form-Submissions-at-a-Later-Date

    This feature will allow you to have a workflow process using the form with multiple users.

    The users need only to use the edit link that they get via the email.
