Receiving payments through PayPal but submissions are not showing in Jotform

    Hello I created a form with a PayPal payment option but when the client is submitting it is only completing the payment not send us the form they have filled in can you please help

    If I understood you correctly, you are describing that you are receiving payments through PayPal, but the submissions are not showing on your submissions page. These submissions are most likely in your Incomplete Payments:

    If that is the case, it sounds like the IPN settings may not be set correctly within your PayPal account. When our form redirects your customer to PayPal, the only way for us to know that the customer completed their payment is if your IPN setting is correctly enabled within your PayPal account:
