Submissions are not being displayed when form is submitted.

    Hello stolly11,

    I did test your form which is embedded in your webpage and I did not find any issue with that. I was was able to submit your form successfully. Please check the screenshot below:

    I would suggest you to please test your form again and see if you have any problem. If the issue persists, I would suggest you to please embed your form using its iFrame embed code and see if that solves your problem.
