Does my JotForm interfere with my SSL certificate website?

    Hi,

     

    My website has just been offline because of a SSl certificate error. We use jotform as a booking form, could this be interfering?

    I don't want it to happen again, thanks

    I checked your webpage and I can see that the embedded form is using HTTPS. There are also no errors in the Browser's Console.

    Normally, you'll get an error in the browser if the webpage is using HTTPS and the embedded form is not.

    If the issue persists, I would recommend you to re-embed the form using the iFrame method. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-form-iFrame-code.
