Hi Guys!
GOAL:
I'm hoping you guys can help me create a more managable, efficient and stable workflow to get my Data from JotForm to AirTable, without having to create an extra form for each of my current forms (which is the only way I've found to Generate and Post a PDF/Link to AirTable). If there is a clear strategy that is more efficient, please suggest - and I have some technical help available if assistance is needed.
I know Post Data URL's, WebHooks, and PHP's are different ways to work with, and also maybe there is also a way to get Jotform and AirTable API's working together on this?Current Work Flow
1. Employee Information Form
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hxak-T_rzHU
-embedded on employee wordpress website atfgyms.com
-there are hidden conditional fields that populate when an employee name is selected
-this allows for field consistency when completing our work forms
-this allows us to update our employee list with one form, and the data can flow through
-the Employee Data (Name, Position, Email, Club) is sent to the selected form
-Using a Post Data URL, the information is transferred to the 2nd form selected2. The Employee then completes the remaining fields on the second form and clicks "Next"

-Next is actually a "submit" button and email notifications are sent
-Using a Post Data URL, select fields are transferred into hidden fields in the 3rd and final form
-One of the fields is also a PDF of the 2nd form that has been generated3. Final form submit & Zapier connect to AirTable
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Udqx-2hOBNQ
-When the final form is submitted, the Hidden fields selected that have been filled are sent to AirTable
-This is done with a Zapier setup, which connects the forms in my JotForm.com account, and the Databases in my AirTable accounts togetherThank you!
Roger

UPDATE (April 5, 2019): Direct integration with Airtable is available now.
1. Open the Form Builder.
2. Find the Airtable integration under the Settings.
3. Paste your API Key and click on the "Authenticate" button. (To generate API Key, you should open this page and click on the "Generate API Key" button)
4. Select which of your bases you would like to connect to, then select one of the tables within the base.
5. Map the fields on the table with form fields and click on the "Save" button.
6. You can create multiple connections to various Airtable bases and tables with the same integration.
The submissions will be sent to Airtable every time your form is submitted.
Additionally, you can look at this guide to learn how to integrate JotForm with Airtable: https://www.jotform.com/help/561-How-to-integrate-JotForm-with-Airtable
Hi again,
If I understand correctly, you want to make it easier to pass the data to your Airtable account so that instead of sending the data from the second form into a third form, you can directly submit the data from the second form (ie. Member Update form).
After further checking, I believe a possible workaround would be to use the Email Parser application
(https://parser.zapier.com/) from zapier. You can setup the second form's autoresponder to send an email to Parser's email address. Then let parser 'parse' the data from the email (data such as pdf link and employee info) to pass it onto Airtable via the Parser to Airtable zap. (https://zapier.com/zapbook/zaps/7321/create-airtable-records-from-parsed-emails/)
If this does not fit your requirement, please do let us know.
Regards.
