Could I pay a one month of $19 and get 1 form working for the rest of the year?

    Hi,

    we are a small non-profit sports organisation. Have been using jotform onve a year and this year will be out last "free" form. 

    No problem with paying, but we only need one for for one year. Could I pay a one month of $19 and get 1 form working for the rest of the year?

    I checked your account and you're under the free plan. Unfortunately, we don't have a plan that is $19.00 per year. However, you can still use JotForm for free, you can use your form as long as you want. Here's the monthly limit for free account:

    You can have up to 5 forms for free account. The monthly submissions and form views always reset back to 0 every first day of the month. But, if you're expecting more form views or submissions please check our pricing page. Here's a guide on: How-to-Upgrade-My-Account
