Can you send an additional page to another person using an email provided from the first page?

could I have a student fill out part of a form

So Form 1 contains

Student name

Parents Emails

and then, is jotform able to send a second page to their parent. Im curious can i somehow use the the parents email provided by the student to automatically send a second form?

So the parent receives

Form 2 contains

Parent's full name

phone number

etc

If you are having two different forms to be filled by the student and the parent, you may consider using Thank you page custom URL option to redirect the first form to the second form after submission.
