Picture too large to submit?

Hello, I am creating a pricing survey for some sales reps.. I would like them to include a picture of a price tag in their accounts.. When they take the picture from their ipad and submit.. It says the picture is too large to submit.. I google'd this and couldn't find anything online!

As to your current inquiry, it could be that the picture being uploaded was greater than the Upload field max allowed upload file size limit.
