My form is working incorrectly

    I try to fill in the form and when i press submit it says "incomplete values" despite the fact that i filled everything in. 

    Also there should be conditions when additional field should appear. And it is not happening. 

    I am very upset because for us its "hot" time now – people are in the middle of registration to my event (one of the deadlines is tomorrow) and they can't register. That's a total screw up!

    It seems the issue was caused by script conflict between your form and those on the website where the form was used.

    Please try this workaround.

    #1 Remove the currently embedded form on your website.

    #2 Get the Iframe publish code of your form.

    #3 Add the form to your website using its iframe publish code.

    #4 Save the website.

    You can test submitting again the form.

    Let us know if this did not resolve the issue.
