Why my email is in the bounce list?

    Hi I am getting the attached error message.

    I am the admin, not sure why this is??

     

    Help much appreciated! Quite urgent as I am not getting any notification of when someone is filling out the form.

    An email is added to our bounce list when the recipient mail server rejects the email, this may have happened due to several reasons, due to temporary errors or missing info in the email that might indicate it could be spam. However, I've checked your email address and did not find it in our bounce list anymore, seems like you already removed it.

    You could also whitelist our IP addresses to avoid emails being blocked due to any security filter, this guide will help you with that: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
