Having an issue with the Thank You page not showing

    Having an issue where after placing an order, the Thank You page is blank and not appearing.

    I have checked the page you have linked to, and I see that your form is embedded on a Wix site.

    Unfortunately, I wasn't able to make an actual submission to try and recreate the issue, because your form is set in Live Mode and Braintree requires that an actual payment is made before our form can submit the data and redirect to the Thank You page.

    In order to fix the type of issue that you are describing, please make sure to re-embed your form in the manner that is described within the following guide:

    Should you experience any issues after re-embedding the form in the manner described above, it would help that you switch your Braintree payment field from Live Mode to Test Mode, so that we can run tests and check it out for you further. However, the re-embedding should resolve the issue.
