I received am email saying we needed to upgrade. I tried to upgrade tot he silver package but it is not going through. Please advise

Try switching subscriptions from your account billing page:
If that does not work, we may need to cancel/refund your current storage subscription before our system will allow you to create the new Silver subscription. Let us know if that is the case and we will take care of it as soon as possible.
