Form not responding

    To whom it my concern,

     

    I am not sure why but one of my forms is not responsding and keeps saying that it is processing.

    Payment via paypal are also not going through.

    Can you check into this ASAP.

    I checked your form (https://www.jotform.com/Daniellungu14/--------- ) and I noticed that there were some incomplete payments on that form. That's a reason why you are not receiving payments. You can view the Incomplete Payments from your Submission Page. You can read more about Paypal Incomplete Payments in this link: Paypal Incomplete Payments FAQ.

    Is your form embedded on a website? If so, can you please provide us the site's link so that we can further check?

    If the issue still persist, please try other browser and see if this helps.
