I just created an account within the last hour and I've already been "autosuspended" twice. Not sure why that keeps happening. I reset my password but then I got autosuspended for a second time.
Also, when I was in my account it was not letting me preview the forms I was creating. It would just take me to a new screen that said "link cannot be found"

Now, instead of the password field, I would suggest asking your clients to just save the details in a text file, send it to you through a file upload field.
I have reactivated your account, but I have deleted the password field.
