Manually add data within the Jotform platform

HI There

I need to add additional contacts and data to some of my forms but not via the website platform. Is it possible to manually enter data into individual forms within Jotform?

You can try making use of the import data app of JotForm. But please be informed that it requires your data to be in Excel or CSV format. You can find the app on this link: https://apps.jotform.com/app/import_data
