Creating a survey form that limits selections

I want to create a form with about 50 individual situations with 2 choices each with the option of selecting choice "A" or choice "B" but not both. I also want the user to only select exactly 10 of the 50 total situations, with the form rejecting and notifying them if they've selected more or less than 10 scenarios, allowing them to correct their entry. Is this possible with your service?

    Thank You

    Nick

    Hi,

Yes, your requirement can be achieved with JotForm. If you want to create  form with has options to select either of the choices but not both, you can add a Single Choice field from the Form Elements.

You can also require fields on your form so that the user will not able submit your form without filing out the required fields.
