Me han mandado un mail confirmando el descuento por entidad sin animo de lucro.Voy a contratar el Bronce, pero no me deja efectuar el pago

    No me permite pagar ni con tarjeta de credito (he probado dos) ni con paypal, porque me dice que no tengo fondos y si tengo. 

    ¿Por favor pueden solucionarlo? Me gustaría contratar hoy vuestros servicios

    We would like to apologize for any troubles this is causing you. I have checked your account and I can verify that you are already eligible to have any of our subscription plans at the non-profit discount rate.

    I understand that, even so, you are having issues subscribing due to the warning message you described. I also agree that if your cards or PayPal account have the sufficient funds for the payment, you should not get such message.

    May I suggest you try to log out from your account and clear your browser's cache/data before you log in again then subscribe to your desired plan after?

    You may try to subscribe via our pricing page and or the billing/upgrade section of your accounts page (https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing).
