I am sending a bulk email through our database, RedTail.  I would like to have the JotForm embedded in the email without the recipients having to click a link and be directed to a webpage.  Is this possible?

You could in fact get the embed code of your form, you could try using the iFrame code to embed it in the email: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-form-iFrame-code

However, this will work based on the mail server limitations, there may be some emails that will accept iFrame or other codes while some other email providers will not accept the codes. Also, you should take into account that maybe your email service provider will allow you to enter the code, but a recipient using a different mail service may not be able to view the embedded code, for example Gmail, it will not accept this kind of embedded codes for security reasons.
