Our primary email address is on your bounce list

    I am getting a message that our primary email address is on your bounce list? How do we remove it from your bounce list?

    Please advise.

    Once you login to the account you should be able to use a Remove option.

    Alternatively, please remove it via account settings page, see the next guide.
