How can I create a subscription form that collects info, then sends customer to PayPal to pay?

HI, I have been successful in creating a subscription form, using PayPal, however what I want to be able to do is collect information about the customer, have this saved or sent to me, then get them to pay via PayPal. The reason why this is important is that I am selling subscription boxes, and need more than just the addresses etc. I need to ask questions that will help me cater each box to the client. Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank yoh

The default setup for a subscription payment from your form into paypal is here https://www.jotform.com/help/50-PayPal-Forms and yes it will work with subscriptions.

However, if you are just looking to collect the payment information for later usage then simply enable the payment authorizations to charge your customers later.
