    Hello,

The default code usually being used is the javascript embed code. This is a single line of code which if added to your web page, will become a form when viewed on the browser.

Another code you can use is the iframe code. This is the code which somewhat creates a window on your page where your form will appear when added.

There are other embed codes available on the form builder which you can use, depending on the kind of web page you are using. You can check this guide for more information: https://www.jotform.com/help/67-Which-Form-Embed-Code-Should-I-Use
