I had someone submit a form but it didn't go thru so I deleted it because the paypal payment failed.  Now this person cannot submit a new form with payment because it is telling them that their is already an entry with that email.  What can I do?  We tried changing name of individual on form, but since email is tied to their paypal account for payment does this matter.  Just trying to figure out what to do.

I cloned your form (http://www.jotform.us/form/70474017594156) and I noticed that you have set up a Unique Submission (Check cookies only) on your form. Check cookies only or Loose Check strict a submission from the same browser.  If the user uses the same browser, this will prevent him/her from submitting your form. You can read more info here: How to Set Unique Submissions on a Form

Loose Check - Checks whether the submission came from the same browser. It uses cookies stored in the browser's storage to verify duplicate submissions.

So to prevent this, please choose "No Check" instead.
