How can I restore Data from Forms?

Hallo, I deleted submissions Data from my Form. Please It,s possible to restore this data. Thank you very much!

Unfortunately, if you've deleted your submissions even if it was by accident then it is not possible for us to recover them.

In the future it is advisable to use an integration to carry a copy of your submission data to an external source to help you maintain a backup copy such as box, dropbox, google drive. You may also use our submission data export feature to export everything at once.
