Form calculation is incorrect

    I am still having the same issues on the form where it is over charging people and not calculating it correctly.  I have followed all info sent to me and we are still having issues.  Is there any technical support that can correct the issue or can someone call me and walk through it because I have tried several times and it does not still seem to be working correctly.  We have people signing up for camp now and are being overcharged.

    I assume this was the form https://www.jotform.us/form/50135412172139 you were having the incorrect calculation issue.

    Can you provide us with an existing submission data from the form wherein the calculation total charge was incorrect?

    Provide details on how the Total was calculated (i.e. the formula for calculation)

    We will look into it further once we got a better understanding of the problem and identified the wrong calculation.
