Require Shipping IF another box is not checked

    In our form we want to require Shipping & Handling fees, but only IF they do not check the "Pick Up" option.  When trying to place conditions on the form, the drop down options do not let me see the "Will Pick Up at ACCO Office" field.  

    Can you help?

    Unfortunately it is not possible to use conditional logic for product options inside of payment field. You can only use conditional logic for entire payment field. 

    Possible workaround is to create your products outside of payment field using Basic fields.

    Then you will be able to set conditions for each of your fields. You will also have to assign calculation values to your fields and to perform calculation.
