I don't have a website can I use your product

I have a retail barber supply busines currently my customers call, text or email me with their orders.  I am trying to automate my business where they can place their orders from their smartphone or tablet I have several items I sell I would like to have images of each item if possible so they can select the item and the quantity and the form is emaile to me.  I would also like to have the price of each item times the quantity give a total.  Their payments would be COD when we deliver to them so I don't need e-commerce just their order with their name and address.  Please advise thank you.

Yes, you can use JotForm even if you don't have a webpage. You just need to provide the form's direct link to your customers. 

You can also use custom URL to your form link. Here's a guide: 

1. Click the Pen tool (Edit) button.
2. Change the form name to your own preferences.
3. Click the Apply button to save.
