How to add different field type in matrix field?

Hi I have just built my first form which I am hoping to send to clients when they book a photoshoot to gather some basic info.

However, some fields I had to type in but would be great if they were formatted to only allow certain inputs

    e.g in the table

1)Male Female (I would only want a choice of m/f),

2)DOB - currently anything could be  input here

    3) I couldn't individually adjust the width oath columns in the table so they are wider than the form.

Also I couldn't seem to set a field for mobile so again just created an entry which can accept anything.

If there is an easy way to fix these or help prevent user error by specifying input filed formats that would be great.

Also can I name the for so that clients see "Client Booking Form" rather than the underlying URL.

    Many thanks

    Hello Lorraine,

I did check your form and found that you have added matrix field. Unfortunately it is currently not possible to add different field type in your matrix field. All columns of matrix field will have same field type.

I would suggest you to add "Configurable List" widget and see if that fits into your requirement. This will allow you to configure date field, dropdown apart form other field types. I would suggest you to please take a look at the following guide which should help you:  https://www.jotform.com/help/282-How-to-Set-Up-the-Configurable-List-Widget

Please take a look at the following cloned form and see if this something which you wanted to achieve:  https://form.jotform.com/71065573787972

Feel free to clone this form for a closer look. The following guide should help you in form cloning:  https://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL

    Hope this helps.
