I have a problem when I try to send a form

I have a form embed in a website with wordpress and when somebody fills a form and push submit button it is change to say "please wait" but no send the form. 

Do you know what´s happen?

I just tested your website on different browsers , and I was able to submit the form without any problems, you'll see the test submissions in your form. I also cloned your form and tested it on my end and all went fine. 

Can you please try re-embedding your form using the iFrame method, this will fix any issues you have when hosting your form.
