How to remove the captcha after form submission

I need to remove the captcha after form submission, so it redirect directly withouth any captcha
help please

I have checked your form and I could not find the captcha showing after the submission, I was redirected to this page directly: http://yoonta.com/ 

What you're mentioning happens when you embedded your form using the source code and made some changes on the code so it's not the same like the original. 

I would suggest you to re-embed your form using the source code again or you could also use the iFrame code that will help you to avoid the captcha.
