We do not have an XML export way, but you could export your submissions as Excel, open the file with Microsoft Excel and then export it as XML, here's a link that will provide you details about how to do it: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Export-XML-data-0b21f51b-56d6-48f0-83d9-a89637cd4360?ui=en-US&rs=en-US&ad=US&fromAR=1
This guide will help you to export your submissions as Excel: https://www.jotform.com/help/44-How-to-Export-Form-Data-to-Excel
Additionally, you could set up your custom code in order to send your submissions to your ERP, this guide will help you to get your info using the POST data from your form: https://www.jotform.com/help/213-Send-Submission-Data-via-Post-Method-and-Thank-You-Settings
Another way would be doing it through WebHooks, it will work similar to the POST data, but it works on the back-end and you could still redirect your user to a thank you page by default.
Hope this helps.
