This morning we received the following message:

t seems like you have reached your API limit. PREMIUM accounts are limited to 10,000 requests per day and you have used 10,000 requests today. Your API Key (...) has been disabled for the rest of the day. Since we understand that it can be an inconvenience to have your access stop working because you have reached your API limit, we'd like to remind you that you can upgrade and your API key will be running smoothly again.

We use the API key with Zapier and make nowhere near !0,000 requests in a month let alone a day.

    Please help

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting us.

The API limit refers to the number of times a form can make an API call. For example, you have an integration in a form. Every time that integration is used, it will make an API call. Premium accounts have a limit of 10,000 API calls per day. You have currently reached that limit. These limits should reset every midnight EST.

API is used by our Android/IOS app so if you have this installed on your mobile devices, then that's the cause. Check this guide to know more about this limit:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/406-Daily-API-Call-Limits

I would suggest adjusting your sync frequency for the app to maybe, 3 hours or 6 hours. Or, manually sync it by selecting Never.
