Timezone for the API calls?

    Hi,

Can you please confirm the timezone of the API?

The result from the API does not use the account's timezone settings. As a test, I set the account timezone to Amsterdam GMT+1 and here is the result:

    From API, "created_at": "2017-04-25 22:58:56"

From website, submission date: 2017-04-26 04:58:56

    Hi,

The "create_at" attribute in the API call follows the server time of JotForm which is in EST. I tested this again and saw that the "created_at" on my API is in EST while the one in my submissions page view is following my account's timezone setting.

You can also directly ask the API team for any API related issue on this email api@jotform.com

    I hope that helps.

Thanks for your answer. Is the time affected by daylight savings? EST is UTC - 5, however from what I can see, it's currently -4 hours.

Yes, I believe it is affected, the server time will be based on the actual time being observed in the majority of US states. Currently, the time in my API shows EDT.
