Why I'm not receiving submission emails?

Sorry about that. I got fed up with waiting and used another template.
Now I have a problem with that. It doesn't send my any notifications. I
filled out the form and it did not arrive at my email.
    What is wrong with this?

This is the web address: https://www.creamcake-english.net/step-1
That form doesn't send the email though.

    Hi,

are you referring to the STEP 1: Your Contact Details form? I checked the form, and the notifications are set properly, and it should send an email without issues. However, I don't see any submissions on the form which means the form hasn't been submitted? Can you confirm that you have submitted the form and did not receive an email?

I cloned your form and did a test and everything works perfectly. Please check and make sure that the form is submitted.

If this is not the form in question, then please provide the form name/URL that you're having issues with.

    Thank you.

I have checked your JotForm and see that there is no Submit button on the form in order to submit the form. As the button 'Goto Step 2' below the form is redirecting to the second page without submitting the form. This is why there are no submissions received for your form and hence no email notifications sent.

If you need to create a multi-page form, it is easy to create by adding page breaks to the form. Please refer to the guide below that can help you with creating multi-page forms.

    https://www.jotform.com/help/119-How-to-Create-Multi-Page-Forms

If you need to have separate forms for each step, you may consider adding the Submit button to the form and then redirect the form to the second page after submitting the form from the Thank you page settings.

    Hope this information helps!

    Kiran,
Thanks so much. I can see why it won't work now.
Your advice is great and I will follow through. I believe it's something I
can achieve but if I do get stuck will come back to ask you help again.
    Cheers and thanks again.
