Seeing this message "Form not found" on form

    after send the form I receive this message : Form not found This form has been deleted by the owner. Try contacting the owner of this form.

    I visited the link of your form which is https://form.jotform.us/71169210508148, but I do not see any errors on it. Here's what I am currently seeing:

    When you accidentally delete a form, it will initially be placed in the "Trash" folder, from there you could still restore the form itself. You can do that by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/134-How-to-Restore-Deleted-Forms. Note that once you purge a form in the trash folder, it is permanently deleted and cannot be restored.
