Hi,
I have several forms hosted on my website and when we receive a submission we use Safari or Chrome to save it as a pdf.
When we try to copy from such a pdf it is unable to paste "fi" or "ff" properly. From my limited knowledge I assume this has something to do with ligatures...?
I tried to send an email from gmail to our mailbox and save that as a pdf, same way as we save the jotform submissions and it did not cause any issues. "fi" and "ff" came through just fine when trying to copy and paste from gmail - save to PDF.
So this leads me to believe that there is something wrong in the jotform submissions that causes ligature problems.
I do not wish to include a pdf attachment to work around this issue as the formatting of the pdfs are less than desirable.
Any input would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you

If my understanding of the issue is correct, I think you were referring to the Submission PDF report.
Were you trying to customize the submission PDF report?
