I am trying to publish my form to Facebook, Dropbox and email. It is disabled. The captcha says I am out of limits. Frustrated. What can I do?

The warning message you're getting every time you access your form is a result of your account being on auto-suspended status.

Your account was automatically suspended because of this form in your account.

Please note that we do not encourage our users to collect credit card information from their respondents through our forms. We have an anti-phishing tool that scans every form 24/7 and marks the form suspected of violating our terms related to phishing.

In order for me to reactivate your account. I have deleted the fields in your form described in the image above. You should be able to access your account again.

If you need to collect payments through your forms, I would suggest you use any of our payment integrations. I would suggest you check our integration with Dwolla which is a great choice for US based businesses. It also offers to accept payments with no fee per transaction.

You can also take advantage of the "Authorization Only" feature of our payment integrations. This will allow you to collect payments manually at a later time. To learn more about it, please check this guide: How-to-Enable-Payment-Authorization

    Thank you.
