I have had numerous people complain that we haven't gotten their application. When I come to the site it says my e-mail address is on the bounce list - how can that be - for four years we have been getting e-mails at the same address. Please fix this problem.
email@example.com is the correct e-mail address.

I have checked your email address and it is no longer in our bounce list; however, based on the email history it seems there were some blocked/bounced messages.
Do note that an email address is added to our bounce list due to several reasons, the destination mail server info may have been unavailable at the moment the email was sent, there was some missing information in the email headers and was blocked due to security filters.
