I'm having issues with the edit mode. I have included the edit submission link, but it will not allow my users to edit.

I understand that you are having some issues with users editing their submissions on your form and thank you for letting us know.
Can you please tell us which form you are having this issue on so we can help you better?

When a user tries to edit it,
1. it doesn't hold the email address
2. it doesn't hold some of the other entries.
3. it doesn't hold the changed responses.
4. gives error message that responses that are already chosen have not been
(most responses are required)

I could only check first and second problem since that didn't require changing your submissions. And I wasn't able to replicate this problem, submitted data was showing normally, emails as well.
Regarding the 3rd and 4th step of your issue, we need to ask for a permission to submit the form so we can test those problems?

Do you mean you attached a screenshot of this problem? Or are you referring to the error in text formatting after you stated that? Please confirm or correct me if needed.
