We changed nothing but we stopped receiving form emails

    We have stopped receiving our forms forwarded.  We changed nothing.  I tried all of the stuff that was suggested yesterday.


    Because 90% of it was nonsensical unless you are a computer tech - I went ahead and tried forwarding our forms to a third party address - even that didn't work - PLEASE - you are costing animals their lives by failing to fix this problem or give us the advice (in plain English) to take care of the problem.

    I have checked your email address in our bounce list and it is not listed there. I have also checked the email history log and see that the emails are being sent without any issue from our end. 

    Please check if the emails are being landed in spam/junk folder. 

    I have checked your JotForm and see that there is a notification without a recipient email address.
