Hi there,
For example, we have not had notifications from these forms since mid/early April:
https://form.jotformpro.com/61177739890974
and
https://form.jotformpro.com/60971044373960
and
https://form.jotformpro.com/62558546973976
Among others also.
But we have been getting them from these forms:
https://form.jotformpro.com/70667141384963
and
https://form.jotformpro.com/60197613577968
This is a significant problem as we have not been getting back to customers who have contacted us through these forms.
What has changed and why are these forms (among others) not sending notifications?
Thanks,
Ben.

Hello Ben,
The problem that I found is that your email addresses landed in our bounce list:
ben@builtin.co.nz
kim@builtin.co.nz
rachael@cbainsurances.co.nz
All having the same reason : smtp; 452 4.3.1 Insufficient system resourcesThe bounce list inclusion happens when your mail server rejects emails coming from us. We have this measure in order to protect our email domain on the network of email services, which if we do not, may leave us a damaging reputation and get marked as spam by email security checks.
I have now removed the said email addresses from the bounce list so email alerts should start sending again to your email address. This may also be a temporary glitch on your mail server for them having insufficient system resources as it indicated to their bounce back reply. But I would also recommend that you contact your email service provider to see if they were already able to address this problem.
You may also review your email activity history to further understand the delivery status of your email alerts: https://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History
