My form cannot be submitted when I make some fields required

    Having real problems with all of my jotforms today. They all seem to have stopped working.

    Some are embedded on my site and others I am just sending the jotform link.

     

    Examples as follows:

    When i remove all of the 'required' fields I can get them to work, but when i add them back on I start getting the error message 'you need to tick this field'

     

    Also the 'next' button was not working but ive now taken that off but its not fixed it.

     

    PLEASE HELP URGENTLY AS THE FORM IS FOR REGISTRATION FOR AN EVENT

    Hi,

    I have cloned your form on my end in order to inspect it. Also, I have turned on the sandbox mode for "Stripe" and made some fields required. However, I cannot replicate your issue.

    I cleared your form's cache. Would you please try it again? Also, you can check my cloned form. The payment method is in sandbox mode. You can use the following test credit card details in order to test it. 

    Here is my cloned test form

    Stripe Sandbox Mode Test Card:

    Credit Card Number-> 4242424242424242

    Security Code-> 324

    Exp. Month/Year-> January/2019

    If your problem persists, please give us detailed information about your issue. What kind issue you have when you want to submit your form etc.?

    Sorry, I gave you the wrong link, the form that I am having problems with is this one: - http://meetthemanufacturer.co.uk/register-2017/

    I had to make the fields 'not required' otherwise what happened was it kepy saying that you need to tick the box, even when one of the boxes was selected for that question.

    It happens on all questions when they have to be required.

    How do i clear the cache?

    I have checked your JotForm on the web page and seems to be working as expected. I have also tried submitting your JotForm and see that the error messages displays only when the required fields are left empty. As I fill them in and submit the form, I was able to submit the form without any issue.

    If you are referring to something different, please let us know how we can replicate the issue at our end so that we can further investigate the issue.
