Please note that when you upgrade your account, the only thing that changes is the account limits. The counts themselves do not get affected by the upgrade, so if you had a number of form views and then upgraded, that number would stay exactly the same, but the limit (the maximum you can go to) is what improves.
I hope this clarifies why you still have 462 form views instead of something close to 0, after you upgraded.

when is a form seen as viewed?
when a customer on web page just goes and looks at it?
when a customer on web page clicks something in it?
when a customer on web page fills it out and sends it?
when i am working on it ?
Every time it is opened?
please clarify

A form view is counted whenever the form is loaded, except when you are in the form builder and click preview.
This is why we recommend that our customers use the preview functionality instead of opening the form URL directly to view their changes when their form is still work in progress.
In light of the above, whenever someone (you or a customer of yours) opens the form URL, and the form shows up, that's counted as a view, whether you filled the form or clicked on anything in it or not.
