I'd like to use multiple sub labels and elements relating to a single topic. I'm not sure that I'm explain this well so please consider the following example form item:
Debts
Debt Name:
Type of Debt: Home loan/ Business loan/ Personal loan/ Short term loan/ Credit Card debt
Amount: $
Interest Rate: %
Securing Asset: - field would be hidden if homeloan/businessloan were not selected.
Loan Structure: Fixed/Variable - field would be hidden if homeloan/businessloan/ personalloan were not selected.
I would like to be able to have the information displayed after input as well, due to the fact that there may be multiple debt inputs. Example below:
Debts Interest Rate Amount
Debt1 5% $680,000
Debt2 7% $70,000
Thanks in advance for your help! Hopeing Jotform has the functionality to create the forms I need!

Hello,
Regarding the dept example, I think using normal form fields and setting conditions would be the best.
Besides, let me suggest you using the configurable list widget on your form as you can find it at the following link: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/configurable_list
So, you can receive multiple inputs as you can see the example screenshot below:
Please check the following guide for further detailed information regarding the widget: https://www.jotform.com/help/282-How-to-Set-Up-the-Configurable-List-Widget
There is not sub-label option; however, there are hint texts, so you can set tips regarding the fields.
I hope this will help you.
If you need further assistance, please let us know.
Thanks.
