Why are my sub-users not getting access to the fill features of the account?

I have created sub-users on my silver level account, but they are getting the free account features in terms of submissions or storage space. How do I share the silver level quotas with the sub-users?

Please note that it is not possible to share the Plan limits of your Silver Plan to your sub-users who are in a Free Account. Your sub-users are getting the Free Plan features and limits because they are in a Free Account. If you want them to get rid of the Free Plan limits, the sub-users account should also upgrade their account to a higher Plan. Please refer to this guide on How to Upgrade My Account.
