How can we make the form print button mandatory?

I see no other way to achieve this on the form since the Print button is part of the Submit button.
May I ask what is the objective of making the Print button mandatory?
I maybe wrong, but I can only assume for now that you wanted to force the form users to Print the form with data on it.
But I think what is more priority is to let the user submit first the form so that you can capture the data. Printing only the form with answers will not send you the data.
So it will be better if the user is not force to print the form while they haven't submitted the form yet.
While if they have submitted the form (and you got the data), you can now give the decision to the users if they want to print the form or not.
You can use this workaround : https://www.jotform.com/help/335-How-to-Print-the-Form-with-the-Users-Data
I hope this help. Let us know how we can be of further assistance.

We use the form ourselves. We forget the last printing operation.

If you forget the last printing operation, you can print the form after submitting it in the submissions page as you can see in the following screenshot below:
However, you have to submit the form, first.
I hope this helps.
