Why have I run out of storage space?

    Hi, I'm on the 'storage' plan.

    I know I have a large form, but I've only had 7 submissions and now its out of storage.

    If I changed forms so that info is emailed to me as pdf would this use less storage?

    I checked your account and it is on a Free plan, the last payment for Storage subscription was on 11/12/16 and you were downgraded on 12th of December 2016.

    You reached the submissions storage limit which is 500 for Free accounts.

    You should upgrade your plan or backup the submissions and delete some of them.
